選用綠皮大顆的新鮮金桔，經過多天烘培製作，

金桔熱水沖泡，能止咳化痰、防治感冒，去油解膩幫助消化，可加入紅茶、綠茶、花茶、烏龍茶或是茶包，更增加茶品風味；亦可加入菊花或是枸杞、桂圓、紅棗等當養生茶飲。乾燥的金桔🍊可以長時間存放。
