掀開棉紙，
是茶底為布朗山早春芽茶的2017年小青柑。

九年的陳化，
苦澀早已鬆開。
茶湯入口，
熟普的醇厚裡沁出青柑的辛香。
不是浮在表面的，
是早就揉進茶骨子裡的那種。
柑是2017年新會的，
那年雨水勻稱，
果香清潤。
兩種南方風物在時光裡彼此馴化，
如今已是同一個滋味。

早春芽茶做的底，
和夏秋茶不一樣。
芽頭細嫩，
茶味卻不單薄。
布朗山的山野氣韻還在，
只是收斂了，
化在柑香裡，
溫潤得很。
第一泡出湯，
湯色橙紅明亮；
到七八泡，
柑味淡了，
茶的甜意反而浮上來。
耐泡，像耐著性子過日子的人。

新年禮盒裝了六顆，
每顆獨立棉紙，
一顆能泡一整天。
送人的時候可以說：
這是七年陳的茶，
不急不躁。
也可以在卡片上寫：
願你新歲，甘醇溫暖。

——就像這杯茶。
