「一扇磨」的名字據說是帕溪河的村民在森林里尋找古茶樹時,在一片放荒的古茶園裡發現傳統磨豆漿的磨,當時發現的有兩塊磨,一塊碎了,只留下一塊完整的,所以村民就把這塊地方叫做「一扇磨」,這裡產的茶葉也同名。
「一扇磨」的茶樹生長在原始深山中,幾乎不受外界環境影響,造就了「一扇磨」茶的強勁山野氣韻。茶樹和林木混生,生態環境極佳。且未經人為矮化,植株高,要採摘製成茶品需要費很大勁。同時古茶樹的數量很少,每年茶品還是鮮葉的時候就被搶光,很多時候有錢也不一定能夠買到。
茶葉油潤,條索稍長,呈灰墨色,乾茶香氣濃郁、純正,湯色金黃明亮。
花蜜香濃郁,葉底肥厚勻整,舒展自然。水路細膩,口感豐潤。個性十足,唇齒留香。
