Description

「一扇磨」的名字據說是帕溪河的村民在森林里尋找古茶樹時，在一片放荒的古茶園裡發現傳統磨豆漿的磨，當時發現的有兩塊磨，一塊碎了，只留下一塊完整的，所以村民就把這塊地方叫做「一扇磨」，這裡產的茶葉也同名。


「一扇磨」的茶樹生長在原始深山中，幾乎不受外界環境影響，造就了「一扇磨」茶的強勁山野氣韻。茶樹和林木混生，生態環境極佳。且未經人為矮化，植株高，要採摘製成茶品需要費很大勁。同時古茶樹的數量很少，每年茶品還是鮮葉的時候就被搶光，很多時候有錢也不一定能夠買到。


茶葉油潤，條索稍長，呈灰墨色，乾茶香氣濃郁、純正，湯色金黃明亮。


花蜜香濃郁，葉底肥厚勻整，舒展自然。水路細膩，口感豐潤。個性十足，唇齒留香。
