鋅硒有機茶系列 —— 明前翠芽


我們合作的台灣鼎嘉有機茶園，早年被貴州當地邀請，建立貴州鼎嘉茶園。引進有機種植技術、符合歐洲標準。種植鋅硒有機茶，其毫香鮮爽、湯色明淨、香氣濃郁、滋味醇厚回甘、葉底嫩綠鮮活，風韻獨有、芽葉會以不同的優美姿態下沈。帶來色、香、味、形綜合的美感享受，是綠茶中不可多得的，生產原料選用原生態有機茶健壯的鮮葉為原料，經傳統工藝和現代先進技術精制加工而成，其鋅、硒含量居全世界茶溶出物中鋅、硒含量之冠；同時氨基酸、茶多酚等其他人體必須的微量元素也遠遠高於同類名茶，水滲出物為全國所有綠茶之最。


沖泡方法：先在潔淨的玻璃杯（口徑 5 - 6 ㎝，高度 15 - 16 ㎝）中投入 3g 乾茶，然後注入七分杯的開水（山泉水），水溫在 90℃ - 95℃，靜置 1 - 2 分鐘，茶水比例為 1:50 - 1:100。
