鼎嘉有機茶園的有機炭焙烏龍茶，他們堅持以有機、無毒的方式來回報大自然的饋贈，使土壤恢復原有的健康活力，栽培出更濃郁香醇的好茶，通過層層檢驗把關，找回茶葉古有的風味與優良茶質。在製茶發酵過程中經古法焙火，產生類檀香味，幾經烘焙、越焙越香，茶湯香氣濃而湯色清澈透亮，入口鮮活，葉底肥沃，韵味十足且甘醇生津的滋味，一飲而盡特別回甘舒爽，使茶客一不留神就喝上癮，頓時置身於大自然山林的懷抱中！

炭培烏龍茶也可以冷泡，500 ml 水用 3g 茶葉左右，冷泡 4 小時可享用。
