Description

茶園管理採用自然農法方式管理，茶園生生不息。在過去視為害蟲的小綠葉蟬在濕熱的下雨天後紛紛出來啃咬茶葉，茶葉會立即停止生長，但也使得茶葉幼芽內部水分減少，成份與含量改變等一連串的化學變化，使得茶菁產生淡雅蜜香香氣，同時去除了傳統茶葉苦澀感。台灣蜜香紅茶，經小綠葉蟬充分吸吮嫩芽，經過發酵，自然的散發出天然的蜜香味道，香醇撲鼻，滋味醇厚，湯色紅艷，香氣馥郁、口感溫和是絕品好紅茶的必要條件。
