有機黃金白毫紅茶，台灣鼎嘉有機茶園獨有的蒔茶特殊品種，茶樹生長強壯，肉質厚實，膠質豐富、滋味與香氣濃郁；具有高雅的花香、蜜香、果香滋味滑順。茶湯鮮紅明亮，杯緣有黃金光層，乃紅茶中之極品。鼎嘉有機茶園品質如一，新一批有機紅茶經台北食品實驗室測試，未有檢出相應的 380 項農藥及二硫代胺基甲酸鹽。
