鳳岡鋅硒有機茶


其湯色明淨、香氣濃郁、滋味醇厚回甘、葉底嫩綠鮮活，風韻獨有，給人有色、香、味、形綜合的美感享受，是綠茶中不可多得的，生產原料全部系選用鳳岡地區原生態有機茶園生長健壯的鮮葉為原料，經傳統工藝和現代先進技術精制加工而成，其有機鋅、硒含量居全世界茶溶出物中鋅、硒含量之冠；同時氨基酸、茶多酚等其他人體必須的微量元素也遠遠高於同類名茶，水滲出物為全國所有綠茶之最。


沖泡方法：

先在潔淨的玻璃杯（口徑 5 - 6 ㎝，高度 15 - 16 ㎝）中投入 3g 乾茶，然後注入 1/3 容量的開水（山泉水），水溫在 85℃ - 90℃，並輕輕搖動後靜置 1 - 2 分鐘，待乾茶吸水伸展開後，再用鳳凰三點頭手法衝水至八分杯，茶水比例為 1:50 - 1:100。
