多謝大家一直信任「景盛莊」的正宗新會陳皮，今年首次推出陳皮紅豆月餅🥮，經多次反覆調配，採用由8年至18年正宗新會陳皮相互配搭，達至最佳味道和效果，並由本地社企 #Codekey cookies 製作，部份收益作慈善用途。


Codekey Cookies 「點字曲奇」🍪介紹：


本地社企 Codekey Cookies 創辦人黃明慧（花花），在8歲時發現患上罕有的藥物敏感症，導致失去視力，但並没有因此怨天尤人，反而不斷努力並成為全港首位視障心理治療師。眼前的黑暗不但未為花花帶來障礙，更促使她積極投入社區及義務工作，祈望以自身的故事為社會帶來更多正能量。她相信每個人無論是健全或殘疾、富貴或貧窮、來自什麼背景，總有強處和弱處。只有不斷發掘自我價值，不被標籤限制，才能活出精彩的人生。


壹年春茶業有限公司介紹：

擁有面積達 156 畝的生態茶園。座落於潮州市鳳凰鎮烏崬村，位於海拔介於 1050 至 1300 公尺的單叢茶產區。在茶園經營上，秉持著生態管理原則，鼓勵茶樹自然生長，堅守不使用農藥，僅以勞動方式除草。專注於每年僅採摘一次的春茶，秉持傳統製茶工藝，採用炭火烘焙技術，致力於製作出優質頂級茶品。

文鎮普師傅，壹年春茶葉創辦人，繼承家族世世代代製茶工藝，潮州鳳凰單叢茶製作技藝非遺傳承人，國家高級制茶師及評茶員，廣東省農村鄉土專家，《鳳凰烏崬單叢茶》團體標準起草人，先後獲得多個茶葉比賽大獎與稱號，包括潮州單叢茶制茶能手，鳳凰單叢茶匠心茶人等。
