Description

90 年代年六堡散茶是廣西六保茶廠以大喬木茶青生產，陳期已有 32 年。 温性茶，除了具有其它茶類所共有的保健作用外，更具有消暑祛濕、明目清心、幫助消化的功效。既可飽食之後飲之助消化，亦可以空腹飲之清腸胃。在悶熱的天氣裏，飲用六堡茶清涼祛暑、倍感舒暢。


茶中可見到有許多金黃色「金花」，這是有益品質的黃黴菌，它能分泌澱粉酶和氧化酶，可催化茶葉中的澱粉轉化為單糖，催化多酚類化合物氧化，使茶葉湯色變棕紅，消除粗青味。清爽醇厚，味中有甜、湯色澄明。茶葉含咖啡鹼、茶鹼和揮發油等特質，有興奮大腦、心臟和健脾胃的功能。
