多依寨屬南糯山最高峰海拔 1900 米，終年雲霧環繞，特別是早晨，空氣濕度大，清爽度非常高。但是中午又離太陽最近，這樣環境下的茶樹品質是很優秀的。因為山高路險，這裡收茶的人相對少，未被過度採摘。


多依寨古樹茶的特點：茶青顏色偏黑，屬喬木大葉種；毛茶做工比較鬆散，入口微苦澀，也可以說基本不苦，不澀，回甘生津好，湯色偏綠白、透亮；並透著蜜香、蘭香，淡香如荷。水路特細膩，口感純、厚、滑、香甜，剛開始二道感覺水稍淡薄，第三道起就給人以厚、滑、飽滿、茶氣純正，內涵豐富的感覺。
